The Sand Dunes

This was the first time that I have EVER been to the Sand Dunes. Lame huh? It was so much fun. Kya had a blast. She was better that I thought she would be. She just played and played in the sand. We got her a helmet and she loved going on the 4-wheeler. I can't believe that I had never been there. I sure was missing out.

She wasn't liking the helmet in the pic

Kya and dad
She loved playing in the sand
Loved being buried
And the mouthful after!
First of all I am sorry that I have not been keeping up with this. Lots has happened over the last couple months. I think the most exciting news is that my brother Kyle got married. That was HUGE. I thought for sure that I would be the only one of my siblings to get married. He made a good choice and I am so glad that he is HAPPY. He marrid a beautiful woman and she is so good for him. She is such a sweet person. Here are a few pictures from their wedding.

I love this picture of Kya!!

The Smiling Monkey

We took Kya to the Zoo a couple weeks ago. This is her fav. The Smiling Monkey. She was scared of it at first but then when it smiled oh man it was like her best friend. "hi monkey" "monkey smile" She still remembers...out of the blue we will be driving in the car and she will say "monkey smile...Kya" She is so dang cute. I love her!!

Tyler and I laughed so hard when he started smiling. He was totally posing for us.

This is the moneky that scared her. He is so so so old. He only has a couple patches of hair and it was so sad seeing the poor little thing trying to walk.

Kisses for dad

We took Kya to the fish aquarium over the weekend. She thought it was pretty cool. I think she liked the sharks the best. And the nemo fish. When we left she kept saying "Nemo Fish" home. She had a good time. It is so fun to go places with her. I love to see her reaction to things. At first she didn't like to get up next to the glass, but then she got brave and she would go put face up to it.

Me and Kya

A Stingray. I touched it and it scared me and I jumped.

Kya absolutly loves to play in the hose. As you can see, she was having a great time. You better watch out now because she knows how to point and squirt. She cornered me one day when I was trying to turn it off. I got drenched and it was freezing!! She thought that was the funniest thing. She was laughing and squealing which made me laugh until I almost peed my pants.

She loves corn on the cob!! She thinks she's pretty cool when she gets her very own!

A Day with Dad

Kya has so much fun when she get to play with her daddy. She is such a daddy's little girl. She loves him so much. This is what her clothes look like after playing with dad.

Need I say more...She sat right in a mud puddle and loved every minute of it. I wish he would have had the camera right then. She's not afraid to get dirty that's for sure.

Yes, I know I am really bad at this. I promise I will try harder to keep it updated. I think once summer gets here I will have more to write about. Nothing has been going on at all. We are heading to Moab this weekend so that should be fun. Tyler has made a lot of changes to his truck. I will have to post some pictures of it when I get a chance. It is really cool and he has worked really hard on it and for many weeks. So, I hope nothing breaks on it.

See, I told you I was boring. That is all I have to write about. Hopefully I will get some cool pictures in Moab!

Oh, one more thing. I was just reminising when I used to go to the park for the Easter Egg Hunt and how much fun it was. Sometimes I wish I was a kid again.
