Just a little update

Not a lot has been going on with our little family. We have just been hanging out and enjoying what is left of the somewhat warm weather. I am really sad that winter is coming. I am not ready for it. I hate the cold. I hate the wet. I hate scraping my windows in the morning. I hate paying the gas bill in the winter. I just plain hate Winter! Well, I will admit after it snows for the first time and everything is covered, it is absolutely beautiful. And I think it is pretty when it gets so cold at night that when you wake up in the morning all the trees are covered in frost.



We did go to Moab a couple weeks ago! We had a blast. The weather was PERFECT! It started out a little rocky because the campground we usually stay at was closed and they were having some event so all the other campgrounds were full. (and Tyler has a tissy fit) We ended up staying at a place called Area BFE which was just fine with me. It was nice because you could just drive the rock crawler from there, you didn't have to load it up and haul it to a trail. There are so many trails out there. (We couldn't find our book so we didn't really know where we wanted to go). I will post pictures of that trip later :)

Kya got sick a few days before we left so she didn't really feel up to par until Saturday. Then Saturday night Tyler go really sick! It was sad! I felt so bad for him. He was up all night and then he had to drive home because I can't drive the truck with a trailer :( I need to learn how! Other than that, we had a great time! Kya got to see her cousins which she loved!

We went to a new place out by Lehi with the rock crawler this last Saturday. It was a blast.(but I forgot the camera :(. I wish we could have stayed longer but it was Halloween (eve) and we had to take Kya trick or treating. (she was a tiger). I told Tyler we should have planned a day where we didn't have to rush. The weather was not the greatest either. It was blowing in a good storm, it rained pretty good on our way home. This place is only about an hour or so from home which is nice because if you break something, (which Tyler did) you can just go home and your weekend is not ruined. Now, that we know it's there I am sure we will be going out a lot next year.

This year has gone by so fast, I can't believe that it is going to be Thanksgiving and then Christmas. I hope to get an early start on Christmas shopping (which I hate) so I can be done with it!
